The Journey
Some horses carry more than weight. They carry history.
A powerful workhorse stands harnessed and ready — yet in this moment, his gaze is somewhere else entirely. Out across the open landscape, past the rolling fields that stretch to the horizon, into something only he can see.

The wind catches his thick mane. The worn leather harness speaks of honest work and long days. And yet there is nothing heavy about this moment. There is peace here. A quiet dignity that only a horse of this character can carry.

Black and white was the only fitting choice. It honours the generations of partnership between working horses and the land they helped shape. The vast sky, the open country, the powerful shoulder filling the foreground — together they tell a story of days gone by

The Journey is not just a portrait. It is a tribute — to working horses everywhere, and to the quiet, unshakeable bond between a horse and the land he calls home.
