Those who teach us life lessons are not always humans. Horses have always been a part of my life, thanks to my mom who ensured I was given every opportunity to work with them. Most days, if I am not working with horses, I am wishing I was.

Horses don’t judge, they don’t gossip and oddly enough they have a special way of helping you work through life’s problems. Growing up with horses taught me responsibility, independence, how to care for others and the value of hard work. My wish is that every kid could be as lucky as me and grow up around horses.

I am an Okotoks, Alberta based photographer whose lifelong relationship with horses has provided the ability to understand how best to showcase their power, beauty and intelligence while celebrating the human partnership.

When you book with me, I want your session to be relaxing and fun; a stressful photo shoot never looks good on anyone! While shooting, I want you to forget I am there and just enjoy your horse, family or whatever the heck we are creating.

Photos should tell a story, freeze a moment in time and portray emotion for everyone to see.  Pictures help you see longer, hold on to things that may slip away; in a way they help you turn back time.
